Assessment Manual

Every member of Lincoln’s faculty, staff, and administration plays a critical role in the process of institutional planning, assessment, and improvement. It is the responsibility of the administration to ensure that participation in the institutional effectiveness process is a part of each employee’s expected job duties and considered in subsequent evaluation of accomplishment of those duties.

The Office of Assessment & Accreditation has developed this manual to guide faculty and staff in  carrying out simple, effective and manageable outcomes assessment.  This manual is the functional policy document for Lincoln University’s approach to Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment
